SANCTUARY PROTOCOL
Section I - Service Schedule
Service time and Attendance
1. this sanctuary located at this address:4457 Powerline Road, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, 33369 the official starting
time is 10:00 AM and the ending time is 2:00 PM
2. All service timetables must be displayed where everyone can see them, and
authorities must respect time.
3. When a service does not begin or end on schedule, the Chief of the General
Assembly will note it and report it to the Leadership Council.
4. All GYC Members are encouraged to attend and be prompt, and the Ministry of
Communication and Biblical Affairs has been given authorization to gather data and
contact visitors and Members.
Section II : Respects for Holy days
- No one is allowed to speak things which does not glorify Yah, is worldly, and does not reflect the spirit of sacred Holidays as required by Yah’s laws. Our Leaders and Members should quickly notified guests to not continue in such conversations and not get entangled therein.
- No one is allowed to Microwave, prepare food, use fire to prepare food during a Sabbath in which the law forbid such activity.
- Disrespecting in such regard but not blatant of a Holy day will lead to immediate warning and such pattern may lead to suspension from attending
It is not allowed to eat and drink on the podium at any time.
Members and Leaders must not bring Children to the stage at any time, unless
authorized
If not authorized by a Leader, do not touch or attempt to clean anything being
used for service such as Menorah, Shophar, incense or anything on the Holy
Table and refrain your children from touching such things as well
Section IV: Firearm in the Sanctuary
- No members are allowed to bring a weapon in the sanctuary .
- A clear posted sign must indicate so.
- Only (classified) as leaders can have weapons with them for the protection of the people.
- Any unauthorized leader or member who is spotted with a weapon in the
- sanctuary will be asked to put it in his vehicle or leave.
- Knives, guns, tasers, tear gas are considered weapons
- The Chart for Dress code must be visibly posted on the wall of the congregation for all to see
- Let every Brother and Sister along with their children dress appropriately to show respect to Yah.
- Guests must be shown the dress code and offered help if possible to adjust to the dress code
- It is not allowed to eat inside the main sanctuary where services are being held.
- A clear visible sign should be posted to indicate no food allowed.
- No food allowed where there are office desks, and office equipment.
- Parents are responsible to ensure children sit down and eat in an orderly fashion.
- To avoid spitting, no talk while eating and follow all best table practices
- No women are allowed to speak while men are teaching (1 timothy 2:11) if
they have questions, let them speak with the chief Women about it after class. - Men must raise their hands to speak, and must accept to speak using a microphone.
- No one is allowed to start speaking without raising their hands disrupting the service.
- Crying children must be taken outside immediately during service.
- No more conversation should take place when the first horn is blown which is an indication service has started.
- Everyone must follow directives given to them during services by a Leader or Minister, failure to do so will result in a hearing and possible punishment.
- Interrupting service may have the consequence of removal from service willingly or forcefully
Alcohol and Impairment
- No alcoholic beverages are allowed in the Sanctuary at any time.
- No drunk individuals are allowed to enter or to stay within the sanctuary being intoxicated
- Any Individual who is suspected of being impaired by any other substance will be asked to leave.
- No profanity are allowed anytime in any Holy place, individuals using profanity are subject to removal immediately, and pattern of such behavior will lead to suspension from attending.
- Disrespecting the Sanctuary in any other way will lead to a warning and even immediate suspension.
- Be mindful of the laws of Yah found in Leviticus 12, 15, 16. 41. Do not attend if you are sick.
- Do not attend if you have open wounds, or come in contact with both human or animal blood
- Do not attend if you came in contact with dead bodies of men or beasts.
- Do not attend if you sit or lay on unclean cloth or sheets
- Do not attend if a sick/unclean individual spit or vomit on you
- Do not attend if you have any developing skin diseases.
- Do not attend if you crushed dead any insect.
- Do not attend if you give birth according to the days specify in the Torah.
- Do not attend if you come in contact with any unclean individual.
- Any individual who has become unclean during service must leave
- immediately and the chair or anything they come in contact with must be
- marked unclean with a visible sign that no one else sit on it. (see cleaning for
- procedure on cleaning unclean sanctuary items)
- When an individual become unclean, they must be escorted out, not letting them touch the door knobs or anything else in the sanctuary. They will be asked to willingly take the chair they sat out, if they refuse they will not be forced to.
- Unclean children must be accompanied by their parents when escorted out.
- Once a Minister or Leader declare an individual unclean in the sanctuary, they must be immediately escorted out and leave the premises.
- If an unclean individual purposely touch others or objects in the sanctuary with clear intention of making the sanctuary and others unclean . They will be subject to suspension, and individual made unclean may seek compensation from GYC Sanhedrin.
- Any Unclean Individual who refuses to leave, will be forcefully removed and the individual who removed them forcefully will be unclean. They person who refuse to leave will be subject to suspension, and individual made unclean may seek compensation from GYC Sanhedrin.
- Any individual who brings any animals in the sanctuary will be asked to leave immediately
- Anyone who is disabled and relies on the assistance of animals must notify us so that we can accommodate them.
- In addition, assistance animals are not permitted in the Sanctuary.
- Quietly and Immediately report bugs during service, do not interrupt the service with yelling and pointing out the bugs to everyone. Quietly talk to a Leader or The chief of the General assembly.
- Do not kill bugs inside the Sanctuary or place of gathering, broom them out or use gloves to pick it up instead, throw the glove away and leave the broom outside.
- Any individual stepping on a bug, crushing it to death, is unclean and will be removed, the place where the bug was crushed will be marked as unclean with a visible sign by Biblical Affairs.
- Do not invite heathens to the congregation without speaking first to a GYC leader.
- Heathens who comes uninvited may be asked to leave.
- Bible We Use 64. We mainly use the King James 1611 English version
Music in the Sanctuary
- No one is allowed to come and sing a song without first being approved by the Ministry of Cultural affairs.
- No Worldly songs are allowed at any time during any GYC Holy Gatherings
- without the approval of the Ministry of Cultural Affairs.
- No song promoting non-Hebrew name of our power Yahawah or his song
- Yahawashi are allowed without Authorization from the Ministry of Cultural affairs.
No gaming or watching unrelated videos / photos and listening to unrelated
music are allowed in the sanctuary at any day and any time, after a warning,
adults will be ask to leave, for children, Guardians will be given a warning then
will be asked to leave with the child.
Keep all electronic devices in silence during service, individual may be asked
to silence their devices or step outside with constant interruption.
Section XIV: Cleaning & Rearranging the Sanctuary
Kitchen
- To avoid pestilence do not leave trash in the sanctuary, or food around after serving food.
- Those responsible to serve food are also responsible to clean the kitchen and tables where individuals eat and ensure the trash is thrown away after serving the food.
- Sanctuary must be cleansed according to the guidelines of Health and Biblical Ministry.
- Individual cleaning the sanctuary must be authorized by a Leader.
- Holy objects will be cleansed only by The Ministry of Biblical Affairs.
- The chair or anything removable an unclean individual come in contact with when they were unclean must be cleanse outside the sanctuary before being reused.
- Individual cleaning the unclean chairs or anything unclean belonging to the sanctuary is become unclean and must not reenter the sanctuary until after the sun has gone down. Another individual will bring the unclean Item inside.
- Unclean Items is the primary responsibility of Biblical Ministry or any present leader.
- Only the under the instructions of the Executive Council or of Cultural affairs that decoration may be done.
- Only the Executive Council can decide to paint the congregation a different color.
- No one is allowed to post fliers, posting arts without the approval of Ministry of Cultural affairs if promoting for hire see Ministry of Economy.
- Because the Minister of Cultural Affairs is responsible for the overall appearance of the congregation, all seats, tables, and utilities that might have an influence on the decoration must first be approved by the Minister of Cultural Affairs.
- Because the installation of electronic equipment may have an influence on decoration, Ministries must negotiate space with the Ministry of Cultural Affairs.
- No one is allowed to handle, move and unplug GYC Equipment without the permission of the Minister of Communication.
- Only trained members are allowed to manage and handle GYC equipment during any GYC events.
- GYC electronic equipment is not allowed to be taken outside of the sanctuary without the authorization of the Minister of Communication.
- This is in addition to regular members dress codes.
- This is for Ministers, Chiefs, Executive Ministers, and lower rank leaders.
- All GYC Leaders must be clean and dress worthy of our image having visible fringes on, in and out of the Community, representing the truth everywhere they go.
- All GYC Leaders Must have the designated service Garment on for Sabbath Service every Sabbath.
- Leaders must have their GYC given badges on so they can be Identified.
- Leaders must have their olive or black GYC official shirts on during meetings.
- Black or olive cargo pants are allowed only during sabbath services.
- Black or Olive boots only are allowed only during sabbath services, they must be in great condition and clean, no worn out boots allowed. Garments, T-shirts, cargo pants must be well Ironed during all services and meetings.
- Faded garments, T-shirts are not to be worn by GYC Leaders.
- Garments with holes or unusual marks are not to be worn by GYC Leaders during services.
- Leaders must keep fringes on in and out of the Sanctuary specially during services.
- The Chief of the General assembly is responsible to take complaints, observe leaders and members for dress code compliance.
- The Chief Woman is responsible to be the second eyes behind the Chief of the General assembly, Specially for the sisters and the children but not limited to observation of male members or leader, though she must report her
- observations to the Chief of the General Assembly, not confronting nor rebuking herself.
- The Zealots of Biblical Affairs or the Minister of Biblical affairs is responsible to mark areas as unclean, ensure unclean utilities are properly cleansed and escort people out of the sanctuary for non-compliance under the order of a Leader.
- When none is present or unable to do so, The chief of the General Assembly will be responsible to perform such duties
- Any concerns the Chiefs found must be brought to the attention of GYC executive Ministers.
- When an Executive Minister is not in Dress code according to our standard whether in any service or meeting, two executive Ministers may verbally consent and send him back home to fix himself.
- When they are complaints against a Leader about his tenure, a hearing will be conducted and a resolution will be written for him to follow.
- If he/she refuses or fail to follow the resolution by the date indicated therein, he may be inactivated, suspended or even demoted.
In The Event Of A Fire
- In the event of a fire everyone must evacuate immediately and call local authorities for help
- Leaders must be the last to evacuate, ensuring everyone is evacuated and all rooms and compartments are checked.
- Leaders will gather all attendees in a safe distance and account for all attendees and report missing individuals to Authorities.
- If someone is caught in the fire they must cover their face with a piece of cloth and crawl out following exit lights
- If someone is Trap they must quickly find a safe place to hide, under a solid object to avoid falling debris and when clear find the nearest exit.
- After a Fire GYC Executive must be contacted and we will address the people and possibly close the assembly until further notice.
- In the Event of a heart attack, call local authorities Immediately Find an individual who can perform CPR and other sound medical practices to do so.
- Do not let anyone else touch the individual and clear the area so that good oxygen can reach the individual.
- If it is during service, cut the live streams immediately, stop the service to assist the individual.
- If the individual is taken to the hospital or die terminate the service.
- Leaders must call the family of the individual soon after to report the incident and provide hospital information to the family.
- A leader need to go live then and briefly apologized to the online viewers giving very few details of what occurs.
- The Health Ministry must be on top of the weather to warn leaders of incoming storms.
- GYC Congregations and Assemblies will be closed upon warning of an incoming hazardous storm and other natural disasters.
- If a storm or flood occurs during service, Leaders must immediately monitor local news channels or radio for the storm status. And call GYC Executive Council for an immediate conference.
- If The news predicted the flood will last and will be hazardous, an emergency meeting with the Executive Council need to take place to decide the next best course of action.
- When a storm is forecast, leaders must devise a plan for rescue, food, and communication. During the storm, leaders must constantly check on the people.
- Leaders must have everyone evacuate the building immediately, with hands above their heads.
- If it is unsafe to evacuate Leaders must instruct everyone to take cover under something Solid.
- Leaders must ensure no one is left behind.
- Leaders must gather the people in a spot that pose no hazard to the people and do a head count.
- Leaders will assign individuals to assist the wounded and call local authorities.
- Leaders must guarantee that doors are always shut during services to prevent a shooter from entering in the first place.
- If there is a shooter inside, Leaders must instruct members to take cover in our safe room or under the chairs or exit in other exits immediately.
- Call local Authorities
- Leaders responsible with protecting the assembly may take action as last resorts.
- The nighthawks, the male members of the hosts and the Zealots will stand to protect the congregation and the top leaders.
- Whether it be civil war or any kind of war GYC Assemblies will be closed until it is safe to reconvene.
- If the war linger the Executive body may decide to relocate the congregation.
- If war break out during service, leaders must close all doors if safe to do so,
- barricade the doors with heavy materials we can find, and stay inside flat on the ground
- Do not send members home until it is safe to do so
- Call Local authorities and call GYC Executive council immediately after.
- Leaders must do a head count every hour and assist the wounded, assign individuals to do small task to help the people, and keep in contact as much as possible with GYC Leadership.
- Leaders will attempt to gather information either by having someone observe the surroundings or through local media, and calls from the area if the war persist.
