- The recruiting office & its responsibilities
- All recruiting will be handled by a single office within a Ministry chosen by the executive council.II. This chosen office is WSMD under The Communication Ministry chosen on the 2/11/2022 (date) by GYC Executive council.
- The office performing the task of managing and promoting may charge between 50 cent to 2 dollars per job posting, the Ministry will regulate how much an office pay within the same said range.
- Open house will be priced between $5 - $20
- The office in charge will organize open house every 6 months
- The office will write guidelines on how to format posting before forwarding it.
- Posting and publications on the website must be posted within 72 hours after it has been approved by the office. An approval or rejection confirmation should be sent via email within 72 hours after the office receive the posting.
Section II: How GYC recruit members.
- Due to the limited number of members, all Branches, Ministries and Administrations must have an equal opportunity to present and display their available positions to the few members present at the same time, so that they may choose what is best for themselves, whether through open-house hiring, a webpage, or any other means determined by the GYC Leadership Council.

- The leadership council has agree to display jobs via Open house and website to give every party a chance.
- Because there are a limited number of members and to minimize conflicts across offices, no hiring or recruitment will be done by word of mouth, letters, or emails, but rather through the governing body's designated office.
- No one is allowed to bribe, pressure or persuade a member via word of mouth to apply for their position, all members must have their free will to choose.

- Only GYC Leadership Council has the authority to hire a contractor or someone who is not a member of the community to work in the Community.
Section IV: Branches, Ministries, Administrations Authority.
- All Offices are free to choose how to proceed to recruit someone after they apply for their position.
- Branches, Ministry, and Administration will be able to recruit by themselves when the leadership Council perceive that they is enough members for each office to hire without conflicts through an executive order, and may rescind that same order if that Congregation or Assembly lose members.
Section VI: Recruiting Leaders is not Allowed
- Chiefs, Ministers, and other leaders cannot be hired to work for someone else, but they can volunteer to help.
- When someone is appointed, promoted or voted to work in a Leadership position, the Branch, Ministry, Administration, or Department must release the individual peacefully and recruit someone else.
Section VII: Online Members.
- To avoid online members from being left out every Ministry must be open to receive online members in their team.
- No one is allowed to recruit an online member in the following positions without Leadership authorization.
- Onsite Team leader / supervisor
- Record and sensitive data related jobs
- Webpage and email management and related jobs
- GYC Security related jobs.
- Any money transaction related jobs.
Section VIII: Help in time of Crisis.
- In time of Crisis a member may be released to help in another office on temporary basis then return to their first position after.g
Section IX: Working in GYC Community.
Terms defined
- Inactive: for the purpose of the policy being inactive means to stop working or put in inactivity as a punishment by a leader.
- When someone is inactive because of lack of discipline the Leader may decide to send a letter to the recruit office and request that they be non-hirable for a period of time by any office.
- A helper according to this policy is an individual use for a one-time help in the community
- Branch, Ministry or Administration must not occupy a member with their daily tasks which clearly taking their time away from doing their duty for which they are hired.
Section X: Payment for Labor.
- Unless Leadership specifies otherwise, all recruiting will be based on free voluntary labor..
- Any promises made to entice members to a position on postings must be kept by the office that marketed the post.
- GYC Department of Labor will regulate payments for work within the Community
Section XI: Members Rights and Limitations.
- All members have right to choose who they choose best to work with All members may decide to no longer work under a Branch, Ministry, Administration or Department at any time by simply giving a letter of Transfer, position change, or inactivity to the Individual they work for.
- All members have the right to work or not to work in GYC Community.
- Members have right to ask for compensation for using their personal funds if it was reported and given green light by their leader who should have reported it to the Ministry of Economy before the spending.
- Members have the right to report anything that make them feel uncomfortable to GYC Leadership Council.
- Everyone will be recruited base on their capacity to work, experience, talent, availability, and pass history and not based on any other biases
- A member are limited to work up to 3 position at a time but are not obligated.
- Members are prohibited from working under a Branch, Ministry, Administration, and Department without going through the recruiting process mentioned
- Members are not allowed to remain inactive for more than 12 months in the Community without a valid reason.
Section XII: Men and women working together
- Leaders must do their best to have a third witness present when a male or himself is working with a sister.
- If there are no third witness it is better to reschedule or have her work alone.
- Leaders must check periodically on sisters working alone or working with someone else and ensure she gets home safely.
- Leaders must beware and careful when pairing new brothers and sisters to work alone.
- The safety of a sister while working for that office rest upon the leader that she works for.
- No heavy duty, heavy lifting is allowed for sisters.
- Leaders must be swift to report sexual harassment in the work place to GYC leadership Council.
- Leaders must not give ride to New Sisters, single sisters, and untrusted sisters without a third witness to come do the work of GYC Community.
- If a brother wish to give a sister a ride to attend a GYC event or work, if she is married the husband must give him permission to do so, if she is single a leader must be notified and in either case she must sit in the back sit and not the front sit.
- It is not allowed at anytime for a Leader or brother to travel with a sister for GYC work related purposes unless they are in a binding and love relationship.
- Meeting a GYC member which is not your wife during travel to spend personal time while on GYC business is prohibited.
- organized meeting during travel with a sister must be sanctioned by Leadership Council and have a third witness unless it is top secret.
- During GYC work related travels men sleep in different rooms except if there is some sort of emergency.
- During GYC work related travels, No man is allowed to spend personal time with any woman.
- No GYC resources may be used for elicit activities during work related travels.
- No illicit activities are allowed between men and women during GYC work related travels
Section XIII: Recruiting outside of GYC
- All outsiders who will be working for hire for an office within GYC Community must be approved by GYC Leadership first.
- The Office must also send all safety precautions regulations to ensure the safety of the worker and a copy of the contract to leadership for approval.
- Personal info and the ID of the worker must also be forwarded to Leadership
