Section I: Powers of a chief executive Minister.
  • Write decrees
  • Create goals
  • Able to declare war in case the executive body is not functional.
  • Approved the Purchase of property and assets
  • Summon to hearing
  • Suspend Executive Ministers and demote Ministers and chiefs.
  • Oversee all business activities
  • Oversee and approve all new constructions and congregations
  • Approve all new alliances
  • Appoint Top leaders and chiefs according to GYC code.
  • Launch investigation
  • Override Any leader's decisions
  • Approve all business initiatives
  • Approve transactions exceeding $2000
  • Approve all GYC loans.
  • Shut down a congregation or Community permanently
  • Relocate a GYC Community

Section II: Power of the executive Minister body.
In the event there is no chief Executive Minister, all his powers will be handed over to the executive body. And those powers are returned to the chief executive Minister once he is established
Specific powers of the executive body
The executive body will still exist under the chief Executive Minister to exercise theses powers.
• To declare war.
• Approve policies
• Merge GYC Community to another Community under the vote of the people.​
Section III: Power of an executive Minister.
Power of an executive Minister.
  • Write Executive orders
  • Approve members
  • Inactivate, suspend leaders(non-executive leaders)/ demote, Terminate members.
  • Approve a program which involves the entire Community.
  • Launch an investigation Set and appoint Leaders below the rank of Ministers, Chiefs and Judges.
  • Approve and deny wedding, Funeral, and other events which is not in the norms of GYC
  • Speak on behalf of GYC
  • Order individual to leave GYC property
  • Approve Regulations.
  • Approve transactions which is not part of GYC monthly Routine payments and utilities that's over $500
  • Initiate Maintenance for the community
  • Conduct hearing.
  • Override any, chief, Minister , administrator decisions.
  • Can temporarily close a congregation until a condition is met
Section IV: Power of a Minister / Administrator.
Power of a Minister / Administrator
  • Hire and fire a member from their Ministries, Fine individuals who break their rules
  • Create fundraisers
  • Approve programs for his Ministry
  • Appoint leaders under him
  • Write regulations for his office.
  • Approve the content of a televised program for his office
  • Perform Marriage and funeral
  • Order unruly individual to leave GYC premises
  • Write ordinance for his Ministry
  • Budget and set spending limits for his departments.
  • Approve Ideas affecting only his Ministry.
Section V: Limitation of power Of the Executive Body
Have every Limitation of power of the chief Executive Minister with the additional following limitations.
  • Cannot merge GYC to another organization without the community consent.
  • Cannot terminate executive Ministers without a guilty verdict from a GYC Judge.
Section VI: Limitation of power Of the Chief Executive
  • Not power to banish
  • No power to fire a judge when under investigation
  • Not able to fire an investigator when being investigated
  • Cannot self promote
  • Cannot change GYC code on his own
  • Cannot refuse to follow a lawful order from a GYC Judge.
  • Cannot keep power for longer than time given.
  • Cannot use his power for personal gain other than what he is paid for his work.
  • Cannot merge GYC to another organization
  • Cannot Manage GYC funds
  • Cannot approve policies as long as there are other Executive Ministers.
  • Cannot Demote nor fire an Executive Minister without a guilty verdict from the
Section VI: Limitation of power Of the Executive Minister.
Limitation of power
  • Limited to everything the executive council and Chief executive Minister is able and unable to do.
  • Cannot terminate a judge, a chief and a Minister.
  • Cannot exercise a power to not obey a chief executive Minister nor the executive council body.
  • Cannot approve policies
  • Cannot borrow on behalf of GYC.
  • Cannot start a business or investments on behalf of GYC.
  • Cannot relocate a congregation
  • Cannot renovate GYC properties
  • Cannot self approve in any matter

Section VII: Limitation of power for a Minister or Administration.
  • Cannot terminate / suspend any member from being a member of GYC.
  • May not demote a member from their member status.
  • May not approve programs which involves the whole Community.
  • May not Travel with any GYC members or attendees without Authorization from his superior
  • May not Travel on Behalf of GYC without Authorization.
  • May not speak on Behalf of GYC without Authorization.
  • No power is given to write policies for the Community.
  • No power to remove a chief or Executive Minister.
