1. Any individual granted permission by GYC Leadership
2. Any Individual who is a leader.

Section III: GYC rights over keys or codes
- GYC keys or any other means of access granted to you is not your personal property and may be taken from you at any given moment.
- In the instance that you resign or is no longer in a position to have a key, you must return the key or any other access to GYC Leadership.
- GYC Leadership may ask to inspect your keys at anytime.
- Only GYC leadership may authorize an individual to duplicate GYC keys and

Sharing your key
- Your key, your responsibility, share your key with people you trust and take steps to ensure your keys are not use to give access to unauthorized parties
- When you share your key it is also your responsibility to be certain that the all doors are fully locked.
- Do not not give duplicate of your key to anyone without Leadership
- authorization , specially keys to GYC doors, office, cash safe, and doors where sensitive information are stored.
- Never hand GYC keys to a non-GYC member.
Section V: When your keys are lost
- Report GYC missing key to GYC operation within 2 hours of misplacing your keys and report it lost if not found within 24 hours.
- Failure to report missing keys and access may compromised GYC security which may result in corrective action not limited to termination by GYC
- Leadership, specially if proof is found GYC was compromised due to your inaction.
- A pattern of loosing your key may result in repossession even if you keep reporting it lost.
- When your key is found, even after locks have been change report it to GYC

- GYC operations will have critical areas checked out for possible breach and signs of unauthorized access,
- cameras must be checked in the duration that the keys were lost.
- Operations will have the Ministry of Communication checked all PC for possible intrusion.
- When a key is reported lost, operation will write an order to have all locks relating to the key change within no more than 48 hours.
- Anyone with the former keys must return their keys and receive a new one
- If compromise is found or signs of unauthorized access is found, Operations
- will set a date for an emergency hearing with Executive leaders within three days
